Born and raised in Vancouver, Nick enjoys spending the winter months skiing the beautiful local mountains and spends the summers riding his motorcycle around this breathtaking city. At an early age, Nick took a liking to architecture and designing homes of dream properties that lead his path into pursuing business courses at Kwantlen and BCIT. After completing his business education, Nick decided to follow his Real Estate passion by attending UBC. At 22, Nick purchased his first home and within months into ownership, he proudly became the Strata President and currently manages 215 condominiums, as well as 3 townhomes.
