Wanted to take a moment to send accolades to Realtor Jason Lim. He helped me sell a home after my tenants left. The unit was going to be vacant for about a month before the new owners moved in. He is based in Vancouver and the home was located in Surrey. Even though Surrey isn't next door, he still voluntarily made a couple of visits to the unit to make sure all was in order, i.e. no water leaks or break-ins.
