Kris Gower*

I am proud to say that I was born and raised here on Southern Vancouver Island. Over the years I have had the opportunity to live in almost every lower island neighbourhood, and am currently residing in Metchosin with my Wife and 4 children. While I could be considered a “local expert” in all corners of Victoria – I am currently based out of (and have extensive knowledge of) the West Shore Area.

My passion for this Island continues to grow stronger over the years, and to be making a living helping people to buy and sell real estate on this gorgeous rock we call home is a dream come true! I absolutely love helping people with one of the biggest and most important transactions of their life. I feel that the deep roots I have here (combined with my extensive knowledge and expertise of the local real estate market) make me a very useful tool for my clients.
