Jamie, is a top notch realtor. I happen to work in construction and specialize in building concrete condo buildings. I instantly walked in and out on numerous places due to poor construction or potential future issues; overall, I looked at dozens of units. When I finally found a place, it happened to be a court order sale, which ended up being a lengthy process. Most other realtors would have walked away, but not Jamie. Jamie is dedicated at sticking with his clients to ensure they are completely satisfied with their purchase. I can honestly say I think Jamie is the best realtor due to his personal qualities.
