I really enjoy the business of Real Estate. Market evaluations, negotiation, writing of contracts, searching for the perfect home.What I enjoy most about real estate is getting to know clients. My first priority is that of my client and ensuring we are on the same page throughout the entire buying and selling process. My client relationship always begins with understanding what is important to them and their family. What are their goals, not just for now but also future. Client communication is key throughout the process even if you are a seasoned home buyer or seller. Every situation is different and it is important to me that you are informed about every part of the process. Follow-through and follow-up are key words in my day to day business. With over 30 years of business and customer service experience and having lived and worked in the Maple Ridge area for 25 years, I have close ties with the community and the people.
