Candice has been a licensee since 1996, starting her career in Strata/Rental Management which has provided her with a solid background as it relates to strata properties and the Strata Properties Act as well as tenanted properties and BC Residential Tenancy.

Candice is currently licensed for Trading Services (Real Estate Sales) and as a Managing Broker. Her primary business focus is Trading Services (residential, land or commercial transactions). Her education and experience, as well as training in Professional Business Negotiation gives her an advantage in a highly competitive industry.
