I have only good things to say about this realty company that I engaged to sell an estate owned house in the neighbourhood. I first met with them and they gave me their presentation with a market analysis. I like that they are a small firm with personal service and all work together as a team. There is a lot of history that this firm comes from as originally it had been operating in the Fairfield neighbourhood for many decades. There were a few glaring issues that would impede the sale of the property and these were identified and flagged immediately . A year earlier I was about to list the house for sale and this amount of pre listing work was not identified with the previous broker. As I would be out of town they set me up with Docusign so that I would be able to respond to offers in another country and time zone. This worked beautifully. Hannah the agent I worked with primarily was cordial, knowledgeable and gave me the low down on the situation or background with any offer that came through. I appreciated this constant communication as I am used to working knowing where all the balls are at any given time and Hannah and Olie both came through big time in this department. The sale went effortlessly with Clover’s team approach. They communicated with me through WhatsApp and that kept everyone who had input in the loop.
