Jeff was first licensed to practice Real Estate in British Columbia on July 1, 1992 at just 21 years of age, but his interest in real-estate spans back almost a decade before that when at the age of 13 he decided on real-estate as a career path.

In 1995, Jeff moved to Coldwell Banker Gold Creek Realty in Pitt Meadows, which later became Coldwell Banker Tri-Tel Realty where Jeff enjoyed great success for over 19 years. Jeff founded the highly acclaimed "2 Man Advantage" Real-Estate Team, and shortly afterwards, moved to Royal LePage Brookside Realty, in order to give their clients the best service and exposure. On January 1, 2023 the "2 Man Advantage" was disolved, and Jeff started employing: "The BRIGHT Advantage" home selling system (Patent Pending), with his wife Angela Bright (Unlicensed Assistant)
