He attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology, graduating in 1982 with a diploma in Marketing. After a successful seven year career as a realtor in Calgary, he returned to BC. He currently resides in Saanich. Michael serves clients throughout Victoria and surrounding areas. His specialties include relocations to and from Vancouver Island. Michael networks with top professionals throughout North America to better serve his clients. He also believes in giving back to the local community and supports charities like the Children’s Miracle Network. Michael’s belief is that he succeeds only when the customer succeeds.

Michael is a top selling Realtor for RE/MAX Camosun. Michael McMullen has helped over 2500 families buy and sell real estate since 1985. He has won many awards, including multiple memberships in the highest RE/MAX category – Chairman’s Club. He has also received their Lifetime Achievement Award. Michael grew up in Vancouver. He attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology, graduating in 1982 with a diploma in Marketing. After a successful seven year career as a realtor in Calgary, he returned to BC.

Meet Taylor McMullen

Taylor went to school in Victoria and then went on to study Real Estate and Business at UBC’s Sauder School of business. Taylor has travelled extensively and has learned to speak Mandarin. Combining his business and real estate skills with his web-savvy outlook, Taylor brings a fresh perspective to the McMullen Real Estate team and has been instrumental in helping grow sales and attract buyers since joining the team.

My husband and I had the extreme pleasure of working with Michael and Taylor while selling our family home. We had our home built 20 years earlier, and had resided in Gordon Head, where we raised our three children. The comprehensive package that Michael provided us was beyond our expectations. A hard cover, extremely detailed market evaluation on our home was provided, with photos, comparables and other important information. A professional photographer then came in to take... wonderful pictures of our home and if there were any that we weren't 100% satisfied with, they were immediately remedied with new ones. Taylor then had a professional videographer come in with a drone and produce an AMAZING 'live tour' of our home, rather than just a typical virtual tour. It was spectacular! Our house sold within a month or so and at very close to asking price (during a tough time in the market.) When we knew we were putting our house on the market (and that it would sell quickly due to its location and quality), we began our search for a new home. Both Michael and Taylor made this process so easy for us. It was as simple as asking for a viewing from the list of homes that they emailed to us, each of which had our 'must haves' on it. We would then get a viewing of that home promptly and in most cases, the same day! We found a house that was a little out of our price range and it made it necessary for us to sell one of our revenue properties (also in Gordon Head.) The same level of attention and detail was given to this home, and it too, sold in short order, again; for close to asking price. Our 'dream home' was now within reach. After several viewings and some often times difficult negotiations, Mike was able to get us our house at a good and fair price and we couldn't be happier! We now wake up to 180 degree ocean views which has been a life-long dream. We highly recommend Michael, Taylor, and executive assistants; Jeannelle and Deb. The are a wonderful team, who 'go to bat' for their clients, and do so in such a friendly, professional manner. When we buy our next revenue home, we'll most certainly be giving them a call! Trust me, the best decision you could possibly make when it comes to selling or buying your house in Victoria is to pass right on by this gentleman and select any one of the hundreds of capable and honest OTHER realtors this city has to offer. This may sound harsh, but once you have had a chance to read my story you will be wondering how I let him off so easily! (How's that for a start, Michael? You really should have remembered that I was your client and as such was due your respect and attention, not your condescension & derision. My great hope is that my review will at the very least necessitate a constructive conversation instead of apathy and ignorance).
