I represented buyers who purchased a townhouse where Aaron was the seller's realtor. He was a great negotiator and was able to to help bridge the buyer and the seller together to make it work for both sides. My buyers needed some information from strata that would be challenging for any realtor to get. It was a struggle to get the info from strata but Aaron was persistent and was able to get this info that otherwise would have been a deal breaker for my buyers. Working with the other side can be challenging at times but it was a breath of fresh air working with Aaron with his calm and professional demeanor. He was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with Aaron again in the future.
