I can’t recommend Russ highly enough!! He’s an outstanding realtor, and I had an amazing experience working with him to buy my first home. Being on a budget in this crazy market, and wanting very specific things, I spent the better part of three years looking for the right place. Throughout this time, Russ was patient and I never felt rushed or pressured. He was always available to talk and answered all my questions, which empowered me to do what worked best for me, and ultimately get the condo I really wanted! Once I chose the place, Russ executed a strong negotiating strategy and helped me get it for under market value (and well under the listing price). I will certainly work with Russ again when I eventually upgrade and am extremely happy with the service he provided.

This is the second time I have used Russ Macnab as my realtor. I will never go to anyone else. He was recommended to me by a friend. Russ helped me find my condo, then helped sell it three years later. He had a film crew come in, they made a wonderful high quality video. My place was on the market for six days, with twenty showings, sold for over asking price. Buying and selling is very stressful. Anytime I would text or email Russ he would get back to me immediately. He is a wealth of knowledge. He is very honest, doesn't sugar coat the situation. If you need to change something to stage your home the best way, he will tell you. I am extremely happy with service I received. Hands down the absolute best!

I don’t normally write reviews for anything on the internet, but I found Russ’s service as a realtor so exceptional, I’m breaking that policy. Russ was recommended to me by my daughter who lives in Pitt Meadows. She told me he was the best realtor she had ever used. I took her recommendation with a grain of salt and gave him a try. In my experience, I have found that relator’s seem mostly interested in their commission at the end of the sale and most of their motivation seems to be driven by that. Russ is the first realtor I’ve dealt with whose prime interest was finding me a home I would be happy with and not just closing a sale. Russ never put any pressure on me to do anything that I didn’t want to. He helped me to consider the pros and cons of each home without any bias. He was always available to answer my questions, and if he didn’t have the answer, he would go to whomever he needed to get it for me. The email software he used for the sale made the process simple. The software was easy to use. I truly appreciate his help finding me my new place and highly recommend him.

Before choosing a real estate agent and conducting interviews, my husband and I asked many of our friends about their past realtor experiences (pros and cons). We were especially interested as to how a realtor promotes their listings in today’s internet-savvy market. The Macnab Team definitely stood out! Their reviews are excellent, their social media presence was strong and they obviously put a lot of effort into what they do. We emailed the Macnab team and then met with Russ and his partner (and wife), Jamie at our home a couple days later. They took the time to answer all our questions, provided us with clear data regarding their marketing strategy/how they sell their homes, described the process and how long their listings typically stay on the market, and provided us with tons of info on comps in our area. We chose to use Russ and Jamie to not only sell our home but to help us with our new purchase as well. When we saw our listing and the accompanying video, we were absolutely blown away! Russ’ hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing! We had several requests for showings literally, within the hour of our listing going live, and ended up selling in less than a day – above asking price! We accepted the offer and Russ and Jamie (who was also incredibly friendly and very helpful) walked us through every step of the process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant and easy experience. Our Mortgage Broker went out of her way to tell us how impressed she was with them as well 😊 I've already recommended the Macnab Team to everyone I know who is even remotely thinking of listing lol. Russ knows his stuff and is genuinely a nice guy. It’s never an easy process to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better team to handle that process.

Russ and Jamie were awesome to work with! I told them I wanted a quick sale and they helped make this happen. Their marketing with photos, and videos were exceptional, and you could tell from this alone how much they cared about their clients and the sale of their homes. Both Russ and Jamie have great customer service experience and you can tell they aren’t just looking for a sale but more so to make a connection . I would 100 % recommend them if you’re looking for a professional, kind, caring and experienced agents to sell or purchase a home.

I rarely rate anything 5 stars but for Russ it was a sure thing. Russ has now assisted us in purchasing 2 homes and his professionalism, prompt responses, and overall respectful and knowledgeable demeanor is the winning combination. The next time we decide to make a house change we will definitely be contacting Russ again!
