Caileigh Anderson*

We bought our home in Langley working with Caileigh. We were relocating from Toronto and during our research found a lot of valuable information in Caileigh's online videos. Right from the introductory call with my family and getting our house keys, she has been amazing and a true delight to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable, works hard, understands the Fraser valley area thoroughly, and absolutely professional. She was always available to guide us in the right direction and has been a great friend to my family in helping us find the right home. We would have made some wrong choices if not for her guidance. She is the realtor that we strongly recommend to all our friends.

I thank our real estate agent, Caileigh Anderson, for being such a nice person, hardworking, and dedicated. She has exceptional market knowledge, knowing when to buy and sell. Helped us sell our property at the right time and for a great price. She and her team communicated very well and skillfully handled negotiations. I am glad to have known her for over 8 years and am happy to work with her again if an opportunity arises!

Caileigh is definitely the agent you want to sell or find you a property. She provided excellent advice pre-sale, competitive rates, is extremely knowledgeable of her product and continually changing market conditions. Communication was excellent, always invited and questions answered quickly and accurately. I highly recommend Caileigh and would definitely use her again.

Caileigh was integral in helping my mom find her new home. She is very professional, responsive, and personable. She went above and beyond in handling challenges and was very committed to our home buying journey from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Caileigh to anyone looking to find their home.

It was really great to work with Caileigh to purchase a place. She is very knowledgeable about the entire Langley area and even drove me around & gave me a tour to get a feel for the area as a newcomer. She was always on top of things, guiding me along the way, knowing exactly what needed to be done and handling things like scheduling viewings, putting in offers, the home inspection, the lawyer, etc. I am very pleased with the place I ended up purchasing, and I appreciate all her services that helped me get here. Great job Caileigh & Thanks again!

Caileigh is definitely the best realtor I know of. During the past couple of months of house hunting, she has shown us her professionalism, dedication, and most importantly strong negotiation skills. We are extremely happy to have her guide us through the buying process. Btw Caileigh has a YouTube channel with many interesting videos about real estate market. Definitely check it out.

Updated review: Caileigh helped me finding my first and lovely home. She is a pro, and knows what she's doing. The level of service Caileigh provided was way beyond my expectations. What I liked most of working with Caileigh is how available she was to help me and answer all the questions I had during the whole process. She's very knowledgeable and keep you in the loop the whole time. She makes the buying and selling process as smooth as possible. I'll definitely have her as my realtor when we decide to upgrade. 3 years ago Caileigh helped me find my lovely home in Surrey, BC. Now, due to work relocation, Caileigh is now helping me to sell. Caileigh is kind, very responsive, she works around the clock to help their clients. It doesn’t matter if you are selling or buying, Caileigh will offer a 5 stars service for you. She offers sound advices and always updated info about the market. She knows the Fraser valley market very well. The most important in a client-realtor relationship is trust and I not only trust her 100% but also highly recommend her to anyone. Thanks again Caileigh

Caileigh is an incredible real estate agent that goes above and beyond for her clients. She has passion for her work and it shows. She assisted us with selling our townhouse and buying our dream house. We searched for almost 2 years to find the right property that met all our needs for the right price and in a desirable area. This was not an easy task in the current market. Caileigh was patient with us from start to finish. She is responsive, thorough, detailed, knowledgeable about current market conditions and helped us close a difficult deal. I would not hesitate to recommend her to all my family and friends. Thank you so much Caileigh for all your hard work!

Caileigh helped me sell my condo in South Surrey recently and I could not be happier working with her and with the service she provided. In one of the toughest economic climates we’ve faced in BC for many years, she sold my home for above market value and was a pleasure to work with. Caileigh is extremely professional, always available to help and definitely goes the extra mile. I would absolutely recommend anyone hire Caileigh to help buy or sell their home.

Caileigh is an amazing realtor, not only was she able to close a sale during a tough market but also get us a good price for our home. She made it an effortless sale for us and gave us her honest and professional advice throughout the entire process. I’d highly recommend Caileigh for buying or selling your next property.

Thank you Caileigh for the excellent work and effort you put into selling my home. Your dedication and enthusiasm shows in all of your work. Well done!

The best realtor in the Fraser Valley! October 29,2022 We hired Caileigh Anderson previously when purchasing our condo. We hired her again to sell our townhouse. Two additional family members have also purchased their homes through Caileigh. Her service is above and beyond any other realtor we have dealt with. We could not be happier with our whole experience. Caileigh is always there when you have any questions or concerns. Her coordination with buyer/ seller realtors is unparalleled. Group touring realtors, creative marketing videos personalized to your home, price point marketing gets your property pushed to the forefront. She will help every step of the way. Thank you, Caileigh , for making our buying and selling seamless and not stressful.

There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe how we feel about Caileigh's service and the results she brought us when we decided to list our parents' home with her! In a sharply declining market, she and her team created so much positive buzz about the home through her extremely creative use of video, virtual staging, social media and excellent commentary, that a literal swarm of potential buyers waited on the doorstep until her first open house took off, 4 days after getting the listing. Within 24 hours we had 3 written offers, and two of them were completely free of any subjects!! This was the norm the previous year, but was unheard of during the last 5 months. To lend perspective, our previous realtor had the same listing for 3 months and at the last open house had zero visitors! When Caileigh has a listing she is committed to seeing your property sell at the very best price possible (her counter offer on one of the subject free offers, more than paid for her entire commission!) in the shortest amount of time imaginable. Within 6 days of her taking our listing, it was sold, and a deposit was in the bank, after it had languished on the market previously. Our son had a number of properties taken care of by Caileigh, and he told us we would not be disappointed, we certainly were not! She is AMAZING!! She is willing to do anything to get the job done and we knew she wasn't kidding when she cannonballed into our parents' uncleaned pool in a smoking jacket, yelling at the top of her lungs simply to get potential buyers to pay attention. And they did! Over 1000 views the first day and another 700 the next! We have told all of our friends they need Caileigh when they want to sell and we know they won't be sorry!

Caileigh is a great professional! She is very smart, creative and helped us move to our dream home. You should talk to her if you are selling your place. I am her client from Langley BC.

Caileigh is an amazing agent - husband and I are beyond happy with her services and highly recommend!! She is well informed, creative (the best marketing!), and offered fantastic advice throughout our entire process. She is very knowledgeable about the current market trends and helped us time our sale perfectly! Thanks again!

As my real estate agent, Caileigh was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. She made the process of selling my condo seem so smooth and painless. She gave me great advice on what improvements needed to be done to get the best return on investment. Thanks to her input the condo sold within a week at listing price! I cannot recommend her highly enough and I will use her again in the future.

If we could nominate someone for realtor of the year, it would be Caileigh Anderson! We live in Ontario but were planning a move to BC and Caileigh came highly recommended from both our son and daughter who had recently bought homes through her in BC. Caileigh did not disappoint, she was very helpful and professional every step of the way. She was very quick to understand what we were looking for and direct us to the neighborhoods and style of home we were looking for. In the end we were able to find our dream home in the perfect neighborhood at a price we could afford. We are over the moon with our home shopping experience in BC, thank you so much Caileigh! Caileigh was an amazing realtor for my wife and I this past year. As the market started getting crazy, I notified her that we would be starting to look. We looked at some potential places, but they just weren't quite a fit. Finally, we found a place that ticked our boxes, and that we could actually qualify for. What a feeling! Caileigh was so helpful in answering our questions, as well as being extremely "on it" when it came to paperwork and documents. We even had to ask for the dreaded extension of closing, and she talked to the seller and handled it perfectly for us. Because of the overwhelming amount of deals going through this spring, it came down to the wire, but in the end Caileigh got it done. She has a relentlessly positive attitude and never quits. She was a pleasure to work with all the way through the process. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Working with Caileigh has been great! She has been accommodating, friendly and informative since day one of my first-time homebuying experience. Caileigh is relatable, funny and easy to get along with- I'll totally be passing her name along to anyone I know looking for a realtor. 👌
