It was really great to work with Caileigh to purchase a place. She is very knowledgeable about the entire Langley area and even drove me around & gave me a tour to get a feel for the area as a newcomer. The best realtor in the Fraser Valley! October 29,2022 We hired Caileigh Anderson previously when purchasing our condo. There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe how we feel about Caileigh's service and the results she brought us when we decided to list our parents' home with her! In a sharply declining market, she and her team created so much positive buzz about the home through her extremely creative use of video, virtual staging, social media and excellent commentary, that a literal swarm of potential buyers waited on the doorstep until her first open house took off, 4 days after getting the listing. Within 24 hours we had 3 written offers, and two of them were completely free of any subjects!! This was the norm the previous year, but was unheard of during the last 5 months. To lend perspective, our previous realtor had the same listing for 3 months and at the last open house had zero visitors! When Caileigh has a listing she is committed to seeing your property sell at the very best price possible (her counter offer on one of the subject free offers, more than paid for her entire commission!) in the shortest amount of time imaginable. Within 6 days of her taking our listing, it was sold, and a deposit was in the bank, after it had languished on the market previously. Caileigh was an amazing realtor for my wife and I this past year. As the market started getting crazy, I notified her that we would be starting to look. We looked at some potential places, but they just weren't quite a fit. Finally, we found a place that ticked our boxes, and that we could actually qualify for. What a feeling! Caileigh was so helpful in answering our questions, as well as being extremely "on it" when it came to paperwork and documents.
