Jonathan has been has been a licensed agent since 2006. Edith has been marketing, evaluating, negotiating and selling Real Estate since 1982. From her second year onward Edith has sold enough homes every year to be on the exclusive medallion list, awarded only to the top 10% of Fraser Valley Real Estate agents. In the last 8 years she has been in the top 1% of all 2500+ Realtors on the Fraser Valley Board and in recent years as high as top 3. Edith attributes her success to hard work, ingenuity, creativeness and dedication to the industry. Edith believes that to be the best agent possible one must work full-time and be completely committed to the industry.

Andrew has been a licensed Realtor since 2008 and is now the buyer’s agent specialist for Cloverdale, Langley, South Surrey and White Rock. Andrew is an energetic, hard working Realtor who takes pride in providing his clients with results that exceed their expectations. Andrew is constantly educating himself to keep current with the Real Estate industry in the Fraser Valley and beyond. As well as the many Real Estate courses Andrew has taken, he also completed a 7 month Business Coaching Course with Richard Scott to develop new marketing strategies for the team.

Curtis has always had an interest in Real Estate but his true passion is the people he works with. Coming from a family of teachers, Curtis has all the necessary attributes to educate you through the process of buying or selling your home. While he is experienced selling detached homes and condos, his specialty is townhomes in Cloverdale and the surrounding areas.

Nick was born in the Philippines, he moved several times to different countries throughout his life which gave him an understanding of new culture and languages. My experience with Edith start 15 years ago,that time I was looking to buy a house in Cloverdale area and and she presented me this house (18661-54 Ave.) very honesty so I bought it. Now in 2017 I make decision to downsize and move to New Westminster Quayside. Before I know Edith I use different realtor to buy and sale my property and this time I make decision to give one of them opportunity to put on the market my house for 3 months and during that time nobody give me a offer so after 6 months my friends recommend me lady fro Richmond (probably with good reputation and active) so I give her opportunity to sale my house for 3 months and no offer I get that time. We would highly reccomend the Katronis Real Estate team. They more than exceeded our expectations. The fact that they are a "team" compared to being a single realtor really helped for viewing properties around our busy schedule. We were looked after from start to finish. One of the properties we were considering was nice, but not really everything that we wanted and we considered it a "fall back, second choice" if we weren't able to get exactly what we were looking for. When we were out looking at places, the comment was made "you don't want to spend the next 5-10 years living in your fall back second choice home, lets find the place that is right for you. "That really showed us that you cared and were not just looking to make a quick sale. We would reccomend you to anyone in the lower mainland needing a realtor, but you are certainly experts in the Cloverdale area. Rob Lacey, our realtor, organized and prepared us for all the stages leading up to and concluding with a very quick sale of our townhouse. He then guided us through and provided encouragement of the often frustrating process of finding the right house to buy. He kept us focused on staying within our budget and 'pulled in the reins' when he saw us becoming impatient and looking at houses over our budget. The housing market was challenging and the amount of stock available was limited at the time of our house hunt. We saw a number of suitable houses but nothing that made us want to write an offer for. One evening he called us and excitedly told us that he found 'the perfect house for us'! - and he was right. We are now happily settled in our dream home.
