Jonathan has been has been a licensed agent since 2006. In his first year as a Licensed Realtor Jonathan achieved “Rookie of the Year” award for Homelife Western Canada and has been in the top 5% for the company every year since then. Edith has been marketing, evaluating, negotiating and selling Real Estate since 1982. From her second year onward Edith has sold enough homes every year to be on the exclusive medallion list, awarded only to the top 10% of Fraser Valley Real Estate agents. In the last 8 years she has been in the top 1% of all 2500+ Realtors on the Fraser Valley Board and in recent years as high as top 3. Edith attributes her success to hard work, ingenuity, creativeness and dedication to the industry. Edith believes that to be the best agent possible one must work full-time and be completely committed to the industry.

Andrew has been a licensed Realtor since 2008 and is now the buyer’s agent specialist for Cloverdale, Langley, South Surrey and White Rock. Andrew is an energetic, hard working Realtor who takes pride in providing his clients with results that exceed their expectations. Andrew is constantly educating himself to keep current with the Real Estate industry in the Fraser Valley and beyond. As well as the many Real Estate courses Andrew has taken, he also completed a 7 month Business Coaching Course with Richard Scott to develop new marketing strategies for the team.

Curtis has always had an interest in Real Estate but his true passion is the people he works with. Coming from a family of teachers, Curtis has all the necessary attributes to educate you through the process of buying or selling your home. While he is experienced selling detached homes and condos, his specialty is townhomes in Cloverdale and the surrounding areas.

Nick was born in the Philippines, he moved several times to different countries throughout his life which gave him an understanding of new culture and languages. While attending strict boarding school’s in India, Nick knew nothing other than a conscientious work ethic, positivity and striving for eminent goals.

Johnathon Katronis has a solid and dynamic team. The entire team (staging design, photography, measurements, documents, showings, etc. ) adapted rapidly with daily evolving changes during this unprecedented time of a pandemic. When we first interviewed realtors, Johnathon stood out from the start. His initial presentation was professional and the data he presented was transparent. He kept in contact by providing very useful information to help us with our future sale (i.e. changes in the market that could increase our asking price). It felt like he was invested in our success before we even officially hired him. A data driven market estimate for a sale price was 5-7% higher than every other realtor’s and as per Katronis’ record, it sold within 1% of asking. Andrew and the Katronis team won our business twice. When we initially set out to sell our Cloverdale home, we interviewed all the usual suspects in the area in addition to a friend who is based outside the area. After the interviews, it was clear that not only did the Katronis team have the superior local network of prospective buyers and handle on the local marketplace, but that Andrew personally, took more time than anyone else to prepare for the meeting, with appropriate comparable homes and a strategy. Andrew helped get our home was professionally staged and photographed and we agreed on a pricing strategy with an expectation to get top dollar for our property. While the process took longer than we originally thought, the communication and foot traffic remained consistent, and eventually our home sold for the highest value of any home in the neighbourhood in 2019. When it came to purchasing our new home in Ocean Park, South Surrey, we decided to go with a realtor from our personal network that was based locally in the area, thinking it would give us the same network and local market advantage that Katronis gave us in Cloverdale. Not to be discouraged, Andrew remained in contact with us, and we agreed that if he could find the perfect home for us that was not readily listed on MLS, that we would consider it since we had already committed to another realtor. Andrew persevered, calling multiple owners that had de-listed their homes, finding us the house of our dreams, at the right price point. The negotiations were brief and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. If we ever have the need to purchase another home in the Lower Mainland, (we doubt it!) we will turn to Andrew and the Katronis team first.
