Steve was an amazing realtor to work with. He made it very easy to find and purchase my first home. The entire process was very stressful and I could not have managed it without him. He found a place with everything I wanted and within my price range. We managed to negotiate a great offer and he went above when it came to answering my calls for the 100s of questions I was bombarding him with. When it came to my budget he was very understanding and helped me stay within it. I interviewed four realtors, three of them suggested I do some minor renos, like paint & maybe new flooring; Steve walked in, said, "I wouldn't bother, clear the clutter out, put it on the market ASAP". I chose Steve because he'd just sold a fully renovated unit in my building for 50 k over asking. The following weekend, another fully renovated unit in my building went for 50 k over asking. We had my unit on the MLS listings on the Thursday, it sold that very weekend for 30 k over asking. Never in a million years did I think I'd do so well, I was so stunned I walked around in a daze for three days. We set the record in my building for the highest price ever paid per square foot. Steve is an amazing realtor, with a good office tram behind him - all my questions & concerns were answered promptly; they made the process effotless. Saw Steve on Global news present insight into the Vancouver market during these tough times. All other Realtors have been lying about what a great time to buy; while, Steve discussed being cautious. A Realtor like this actually has their clients' best interests instead of making commission. I would trust Steve to buy/sell in the future.
