Beautiful South Surrey/White Rock has been home to my family and me for over 20 years. My children were born and schooled here. Before that I lived in downtown Vancouver. Wherever I've been I enjoy being active in the community and volunteering. My work across metro Vancouver has given me a deep familiarity and appreciation for the region.

I bring a global perspective to my work. Although I was born in Canada, I grew up in Australia and England and as an adult I have lived and travelled extensively in Europe for pleasure and business (especially in Greece, France, Italy and the Canary Islands) before settling in Western Canada. I have an extensive network of family and friends in Greece, and so despite a busy routine, visits abroad continue to be an important part of my life.

I've been a full-time realtor since 2012 and have earned industry awards for excellence. But the testimonials I get from my satisfied clients are what I appreciate most.

Educationally I started with a BA and MA from Oxford University. Locally, I've taken many courses from the Sauder Business School at UBC. I think its important to always be upgrading my qualifications and skills so that I can continue to enhance the services I offer my clients. I've acquired specialty designations in:

Top level negotiation: MCNE – Master Certified Negotiation Expert

International real estate: CIP – Certified International Property Specialist

I have taken speclialized training in marketing luxury properties offered by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

I love negotiating and my specialized training has given me tools to better achieve the best possible value, timeline and conditions for my clients. The international specialty (I'm one of a few with this training in Canada) has expanded my expertise in marketing properties to the international market, in understanding the needs of buyers from around the world, as well as in being pivotal in helping clients here find international property gems for pleasure or investment.
