Molly Lowe*

We have used Molly on several occasions, starting in 2017, and are always impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. Molly makes navigating the Vancouver real-estate market less stressful. She is always there when you need her; for advise, for decision making, for bouncing ideas off of. We have recommended her before and will continue to do so. Molly is a gem to work with and we are lucky to have her on our side.

As first time home buyers, buying a home was nothing short of stressful. Molly was by our side for over a year and a half from the moment we started watching the market to the moment we were ready to purchase. She was always around for advice and was not shy to sir us away from what would have possibly been bad decisions. Because of this, we knew we could trust her advice when she highly recommended the building that is now our home. Molly was always available to chat and never made us feel like a burden (and we had many questions throughout the whole process!). The best way to summarize our experience with Molly is that she made us feel like her only client even though we know she had a busy schedule!

I am a newcomer to Canada. I have had to navigate alone and felt lost about how to do to get my first home. So I carefully interviewed a few realtors and chose Molly as my advisor. It was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. I love Molly because she genuinely cares about clients and is also very knowledgeable in Burnaby. I have been searching for my home for almost 3-4 months as my financial planning had changed. Furthermore, the housing market became reheated when I searched for my new home. Biddings were absurdly competitive, and I felt defeated and frustrated. Molly was always understanding and tried to find a way to make me stay positive. She assured me that I would find my first home regardless of the competition. At the same time, she prevented me from overpaying with the bidding. As a result, I was able to find my first cozy home, which still brightens and excites me every time I step into the place. Side notes: She also offered a complimentary cleaning service for my new home; isn't she amazing?! I look forward to working with her again :) !!

My husband and I highly recommend Molly. She was a pleasure to work with. Very accommodating, flexible with both our busy schedules and exceeded our expectations every step of the way. Molly made this entire experience seamless and stress free. Our home sold very quickly and for above asking!

Molly is incredible to work with. Very knowledgable, intelligent, personable, and great sales skills. She is also very assuring, helping answer my questions honestly and with good advice, as well as easing all my fears about what can be a difficult and stressful process. Molly is amazing, and if you're working with her you know you are in good hands! I will be a client for life!

Molly helped us as first time home buyers through each and every process. We felt completely taken care of. It would not have been possible to secure our dream unit without her help!
