Gina Stockwell*

Gina grew up on the Sunshine Coast. She feels that living on the Coast is like "Living in Paradise.” Her family has been in the area since her grandparents purchased recreational property in Sandy Hook in the early '60s. While raising two children, Gina and her husband built three successful companies from the startup stage. Their first company, Stockwell Sand & Gravel began in '97. They then went on to construct an award-winning, ready-mix batch plant, Central Coast Concrete Inc, in 2013; and in 2014, Gina and a small team of shareholders planned the development and built the world-renowned Coast Gravity Park in Sechelt. Gina's passion has always been in Real Estate, and so in 2015 she began her career as a full-time REALTOR®.

Gina has achieved Master Medallion Club status (10 years straight Top 10% of all agents in the Greater Vancouver area) and six years straight for Presidents Club status (Top 1% of all agents in the Greater Vancouver area). Today, Gina currently holds the title of Senior Vice-President of Sales Canada for Sotheby's International Realty Canada. Gross sales are in excess of 200 million. Gina currently ranks as the number one Realtor on the Sunshine Coast and is one of the top 1% out of 14,000 agents in the Greater Vancouver Area for individuals.
