Through the last twenty years I have moved 7 times. It has become obvious to me that there are clear differences in the level of quality of real estate agents. It is also clear that working with a good agent makes a big difference when buying or selling. After working with Jackie I realized that not all agents get the whole picture. Understanding the market is big, but so networking with other agents. Gaining inside information on properties through professional connections is a competitive advantage. Also navigating personalities and interaction styles is surprisingly important. Jackie listens to understand and doesn’t waste your time. Buying and selling can be a stressful process but her professional work ethic and personal communication style are very calming and reassuring. My last transaction with Jackie involved buying a home for my family in a very desirable area and in a very competitive marketplace. Most deals at the time were going for $50-$150k above asking with multiple offers. This home was a rental property at the time with two separate tenant's which made it difficult to coordinate viewings. Jackie was extremely persistent and in the end we were the only ones who were able to get access for a viewing. Because of this we got the home and paid less than asking by $65k. Jackie’s professional persistence was the only reason this was the case and we love our new place! Jackie is a down to earth person who is enjoyable to work with, and just happens to be very good at her craft. I highly recommend working with Jackie if you are looking to buy or sell your home, you will be glad you did!
