More than a year after we've moved in and the quality of Erynn's work and attention to detail continues to benefit us!! We worked with Erynn at the start of our home search in 2019, and got set up to receive email listings. We continued receiving these throughout the summer and fall, which gave us a good sense of the market and we were in touch with Erynn throughout to set up new searches. Erynn was always patient with us and answered all of our questions. When the right property came up for us, Erynn swiftly arranged a viewing and negotiated on our behalf. Erynn provided guidance and direction but always respected our decisions and didn't pressure us at all. Once we had our contract in place, Erynn was always there to navigate details related to the different forms and working to sort out issues with the strata, and so on. After closing, she brought us a beautiful gift and has become a friend to us - which is such a wonderful and unexpected bonus! This past week, however - more than a year and a bit after we closed and took possession - I really learned the value of working with someone as detail-oriented and thorough as Erynn. We had some questions from the provincial government related to our sale and because of Erynn's close attention to dotting the i's and crossing the t's on all of the paperwork, she potentially saved us a ton of $$$. Erynn is more than a great person to work with at the time of your sale - she sees the whole deal through and all of the associated paperwork with the care and attention you'd expect from a professional, but that seems harder and harder to find these days.
