Freddy Marks

If you have a wish list of qualities you want to see in a realtor, Freddy Marks will check off all of the boxes. He understands the market, assesses the value of a property carefully and provides excellent service from the time the property is listed until it is sold. He is a good communicator. He presents the facts honestly and is prompt in answering calls and messages. He makes the time to see the buyer personally to answer any questions and to inform the buyer of the work he has already done and what he intends to do next. Freddy and Linda are an impressive team and I am grateful that they managed my recent sale with integrity and in a most professional manner.

Not good!!

Freddy and Linda worked with us at the beginning of summer when the market had suddenly become unpredictable. They helped us understand the changing market and supported us in the sale of our late parent’s home. It was not close to where we lived and so Linda went above and beyond sometimes to be at the house when we could not. Great communication, integrity and always smiling faces. They were a pleasure to work with and I will recommend them to anyone I know looking for a trustworthy realtor in the area.

Our family worked with Linda and Freddy to sell our out of town property. They went above and beyond for us, and communicated well throughout the process. The sale process was much smoother because of them. I would highly recommend their services.

Linda just sold the property and home my husband has been on/in since he was 3 (61 yrs). It was an emotional and personal yet exciting experience as we near retirement. She made the .process as easy as it ever can be. She was sensitive and understanding while being professional. In the end we got the price we wanted and the new buyers couldn't be any better of a fit. Linda, thank you for all you have done for us. We truly appreciate it. We look forward to sharing that bottle of wine at our lake house. Rick and Donna Laws

Linda and Freddy Marks of Re/Max Nyda Realty were truly supportive, professional, knowledgeable and helpful in every way when I was selling my house and purchasing my condo. I highly recommend them if you are considering buying or selling real estate in the Harrison/ Agassiz area.

Sabine Tull is very professional and reliable. We were in Europe, looking to buy a house in Kelowna when we found her website. She did her showing by videocam showing us every corner/detail of the property. She gain our trust that we put the offer on the house without personal viewing. She also become the help line for resources and services in Kelowna since we are new. We have found our dream home with Sabine's help. Highly recommended by Barend and Edna.

With the assistance of ReMax we are happy having bought a farm in Northern B.C. We thank Freddy for his smart and profund support during the whole process of due dilligence and contract negotiation. The communication was excellent and we took advantage of his knowledge about the land market and situation in the Peace River region. So we recommend ReMax to anybody searching for investments within B.C.

Sabine Tull with Remax, is the best realtor we have ever had. She understood our wants and needs and got us into our perfect home. She never tried to just push for a sale, she wanted to get us a place that we were happy with now and for many years to come. Sabine was also willing to discuss concerns, trends, areas and really just anything we brought up with her since we were new to the area. Sabine has even kept in touch after the sale finalization and our family considers her husband and herself close friends. We can not express enough how wonderful Sabine and her husband truly are.

We have worked with Sabine to sell our property. She is a knowledgeable, professional and skilled real estate agent. We would highly recommend her to anybody needing a realtor.
