A lifelong Vancouverite, Dave Markham brings deep local knowledge and over 30 years of real estate experience to his role as Managing Broker at Raymar Realty Ltd. Born and raised in this dynamic city, Dave has witnessed Vancouver’s transformation into a world-class destination and has guided hundreds of families through successful home purchases and sales across the Lower Mainland.

“My experience navigating a wide range of market conditions since 1995 has taught me how to find the right home for my clients while negotiating the best possible price,” says Dave. “Buying or selling a home is often the largest financial decision a family will make. Dave has a particular passion for character homes and is deeply connected to the vibrant communities of Cambie, Main Street, and Mount Pleasant. His love for Vancouver extends beyond real estate—he’s an avid outdoorsman and adventurer. A six-time Ironman finisher, heli-skier, and competitive road cyclist, Dave fully embraces the West Coast lifestyle.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Calgary (1995), a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University (2015), and actively supports several local charities including Covenant House, the Salvation Army and the BC Cancer Foundation.
