I had a dealing with the realtor Tony Cheng.He is responsible in that he left the condo unclean before handing it to the buyer. It is his responsibility to make sure the condo is clean before handing the keys to the new buyer. He claimed the condo was cleaned when actually it’s not. I think it’s unfair for the buyer to find cleaner for the condo. For example, the ledges, lights, the plate to light not put back, bathroom filthy with black water among other things.
