Nicole and Kelly took us on as clients in January 2022, just before the prices started to fall, helping us secure a beautiful townhome as we entered the empty-nest stage. The challenge was selling our country-style house on a third of an acre in East Chilliwack, which we listed in July 2022. What would have been snapped up almost immediately in boom times took more nine months to sell. We felt like we were in the movie Groundhog Day. Every Saturday, Kelly and/or Nicole would show up to host another open house. And every Saturday, people would say they loved our house, but no one was ready to buy. The interest rates kept rising every month, which did not help. But Kelly and Nicole had taken us on in good faith and did not complain or waver in their dedication to get our house sold. It took a couple of failed deals, creativity on all of our parts, and some price drops, but we finally got there in March of 2023. By then Nicole and Kelly knew our home REALLY well. Thanks for your persistence!
