Tom Gradecak

Tom Gradecak is a highly respected and popular real estate agent in the Vancouver market. Almost 19 years ago to the day he first got his Real Estate licence; Tom opened the doors to his own company, WESTSIDE Tom Gradecak Realty, in February 2009. “By opening a 2,400 square foot store front office, our team of professionals are able to work in an environment to succeed and to give our clientele the best possible service and easy access to our resources.”

His boutique firm, located in the heart of Point Grey, provides a warm and inviting office atmosphere where clients can feel comfortable and focus on their real estate needs. One of the reasons Tom believes his agency stands out from the competitors is his intimate knowledge of the Vancouver Westside market. He has deep roots in the West Side community.
