Andrew Lasko*

I grew up in Toronto and lived in Sydney, Australia and Copenhagen, Denmark where I completed an international business study at the Copenhagen Business School. In 2000 I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration at the Schulich School of Business, York University and in 2002 my CPA, CA designation after which I spent 10 years in progressively more senior finance roles, culminating at Intrawest in 2010.

My financial planning and analysis career spanning the real estate, urban planning, banking and auditing industries, combined with both my passion for community building and strong financial background puts me in a unique position to help my clients make informed and strategic real estate decisions.

When I relocated to Vancouver in 2007 to work on the 2010 Olympic Games, I fell in love with the city and decided to stay for the magnificent mountains and beaches, as well as the chill vibe and opportunity of Canadas best coast. I was licensed in 2012 as a Greater Vancouver REALTOR® after overcoming a life-changing medical diagnosis, and co-founded one of the cities largest teams. I have been Medallion level since 2013 and Medallion since 2016. I am proud to be a Greater Vancouver REALTOR® who continues to be within the top 10% of realtors with $150m in sales and over 212 deals, and in the top 2% in 2018.

I decided to create Lasko & Associates to provide my unique skills and perspective to my clientele and create a group of experienced smart realtors with enough life experience to appreciate the distinct choices each client must make at any life juncture. I enjoy collaborating with colleagues and sharing my expertise to empower them to grow their careers, creating a community of like-minded clientele. I specialize in helping Accountants, Financial Advisors, Engineers, Lawyers, Doctors, the LGBT and Jewish communities, meet their housing & real estate investment needs.
