Sherry & her team know what they're doing. Between marketing, pricing, and prepping the house for showing, everything was done to an excellent standard. Example: she priced the home higher than we thought we would have been able to get, and still had multiple offers and a sale within a week of listing. Another example: some services we used to prepare for showing gave us quotes that felt a bit high, and Sherry either got them to reduce their quotes or found us an alternative. She was there for showings, the house inspection, etc., and stayed in constant communication so we never were left wondering what was going on. Would recommend!
