I would strongly recommend working with Simon. He was recommended to me by a friend and I am very glad he was. I was a first time buyer and really appreciated Simon's patience and help to guide me through and explain the process every step of the way. He has in depth knowledge of the Vancouver and greater Vancouver property market. There are a lot of bad buildings in the area and Simon steered us clear of these. He knew what to look out for and informed us about potential costs that could be incurred if we bought certain properties.
