The strata company Hugh & McKinnon is never responding to calls or emails on residents concerns. We are stuck with them because the entire strata is on them and we won't be able to change unless all residents agree. Extremely disappointing, unprofessional and negligent.

Good to do business with.

I leased a home for a year through this management company just as these new owners took over. We did a walk through of the home and the agent videotaped the whole place at the time of my possession. When after a year I had a disagreement with the owner about returning my damage deposit, i went to their office where the owner of Hugh & McKinnon told me he kept every video but mine and would not provide it for me. Be very wary, they are not honourable people.

Down spout blocked, water not draining. They had someone out the next day.
