A SELF-MADE SUCCESS

Born and raised in China, Juliana relocated to Canada in 2001 by herself to earn a Bachelor’s

Degree in Business from Simon Fraser University. Making Vancouver her permanent home, she

forged a successful career — at first in luxury real estate development with Delta Group and

commercial real estate investment with Colliers International Vancouver.

Juliana believes in giving back to the community. She donates one percent of her annual sale

proceeds to various charities, such as BC Children’s Hospital Foundation and the Greater

Vancouver Food Bank. In her spare time, Juliana and her husband are busy chasing around

their young daughter. They love traveling and enjoy the outdoors.
