Krystian worked with us to find a house in Vancouver’s really challenging housing market. We wanted something unique but affordable. Krystian kept us updated on all the latest listings. He did not attempt to rush us or convince that a particular property was suitable. He made an effort to understand our preferences and would book showings when possible. When we found the right place, and wanted to bid, Krystian worked with us to come up with an reasonable offer, based on what was feasible for such a property in a similar area. Our bid was successful and for a price that worked for us. When it came to selling our home, during the pandemic Krystian was able to reassure us that he and members of the Stonehouse team take COVID very seriously. He found the right price for our house which created a lot of interest. So much interest we had 80 booked viewings. Krystian worked overtime to accommodate each interested buyer which resulted in no fewer than 23 bids, 10 of which were without conditions. We expected to get over asking but never expected the amount we were presented. I really believe that we had a great property to sell but I think we would not have had the success we had if Krystian did not put in the long hours to accommodate the immense interest in our home. We are very please with our experience with Krystian and we would highly recommend him to someone looking for a professional, competent, ethical, and diligent realtor.
