After a terrible experience with the first realtor I encountered after moving to Canada, Barry and Alice were a breath of fresh air. While at the time I knew I was getting great service, it is only now after seeing what friends have experienced, that I realise their service was exceptional. Some highlights: -A tailored property search emailed weekly -Research on properties we wanted to view so we didn't waste time on lemons -As we didn't have a car Barry drove us to all our viewings -When we found a property Barry did thorough research and even helped calculate what our share of special levies would be if big ticket items needed replacing - Helped negotiate the price - Ensured the sale went smoothly -Followed up after our move in to check we were OK I would 100% recommend Urban Nest.

Barry had lots of knowledge about what to buy and what buildings are not so safe to buy. He also never pushed us to just pick something to get the sale over with quickly. Love his attention to detail and that he really thinks about what his clients need.
