Being an entrepreneur is part of my DNA. I have had businesses since I was 5 and always wanted to be a home owner, landlord, and vacation property owner, since I was a kid: I am all of these!

I come from a hard working family of entrepreneurs and blue collar champions, who know the value of a dollar, and how important it is to take care of your customers, for life. "Everyday we all wake up unemployed," is the motto that I was raised on. My step father - who has been a Realtor since 1980 in Calgary through today, reminded me regularly that we need to earn and maintain people's trust daily.

When you grow up in a house with a Realtor®, you become a Realtor by osmosis! These were the days before the internet, when you could not write an offer on Sundays, and "cell phones" were larger than shoe boxes!

I was formally licenced as a Realtor® in early 2012 and I incorporated as a Personal Real Estate Corporation in early 2018. Prior to that, I had an award winning store in West Point Grey for 21 years called Changes Clothing & Jewellery Bar. I am so fortunate that many of my loyal clients still come from that store and community!

Vancouverites have the choice of over 15,000 Realtors for their purchase and/orsale, so it is an honour when they choose me. Protecting my clients legally, financially, as well as guiding them through the right timing, marketing, pricing, staging, and negotiation strategy is my expertise.

Paying close attention to the details from start to finish is what sets me apart in real estate. Being down to earth, approachable, and honest, allows me to form long lasting relationships with the clients who I work for and with.

People know that I will always give them a straight answer that serves them, not myself, when asked. I aim to be your Realtor® throughout all of your real estate transactions. I will always work hard to earn and keep your business, while being the agent who you are proud to suggest to others.
