As a life long resident of Langley, living in Walnut Grove, Dave is not only your area specialist but also your neighbour. In his free time, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, family, and friends! He has two French bulldogs, Bentley and Frenchie who are always at his side as well. His greatest passion besides Real Estate is sports. On his days off, you can find him on the golf course, in the hockey arena, on the ball diamond, or anywhere that allows for his competitive side to come out.

I’ve always been one of those people that thought that realtors made too much money for too little work. I’ve bought and sold homes in the past using other realtors, and those realtors did nothing to dispel my beliefs. That all changed when I decided to work with Dave Robles Group. From the very first meeting, Dave and his Team, including Joseph, Kelly and Stacy, were reliable, responsive, professional and friendly. We were selling our house and buying another one. Dave helped us with the sale of our house and Joseph assisted with the purchase of our new property. For the sale of our house, we were absolutely blown away when Dave said that he would pay for a professional stager to come and decorate our house. It made a world of a difference. Our house was so beautifully staged that I almost didn’t want to sell it! Then came the “offer presentation day” and once again, we were blown away. With Dave’s connections and unbelievable negotiation skills, he was able to get us into a multiple offer situation and we sold our property for way (WAY) over asking price! It was honestly beyond our wildest dreams! For the purchase of our house, Joseph was incredibly patient. He would go with us to multiple different listings and give us his honest opinion and advice. When we found a place that we liked, Joseph was able to negotiate the price down from the listed price, which was unheard of in this market!
