On his days off, you can find him on the golf course, in the hockey arena, on the ball diamond, or anywhere that allows for his competitive side to come out.

Great team! Stephanie was our realtor and she was fantastic. Her responsiveness was excellent, which matters a LOT when you have a million things to do in sequence and little time (which is the case when moving). Her knowledge was great and advice was solid. The group did not just do excellent photography but also the video (with narration) as well as the blue-print-like floor-plan drawings (using this cool laser tool that took actual measurements of the entire house). The floor plan is something a lot of home shoppers are looking for, so this is not a minor value (I would say it's a "must-have" that lots of realotrs don't provide). The only thing that some other groups do that these guys don't is to have your realtor (Stephanie in our case) present when potential buyers come in with their realtor. The Robles group's thinking is that it relieves pressure on potential buyers, but when I was house shopping, I liked having the seller's realtor there to ask detailed questions. So this is neither a pro nor a con at all, just to be aware so you can match your realtor to your preference on this one. Great service, so prompt, friendly, good advice, seemed to have excellent knowledge of the market (even as it shifted quickly during our selling time!). Lovely people. Excellent office/support staff. And got the whole thing moving quickly from day one. Thanks, Robles Group and Stephanie!

We spent the last year and a half assessing the market to see if there was anything out there that would suit our downsizing family needs. As we became more serious in the Spring of 2024 we met with agents to see who might be a good fit to work with. Although a difficult choice we decided that Stefanie and the Robles team was the best fit. They really new the changing market and especially the Walnut Grove and Langley areas. When we bought our home in Langley 14 years ago Dave Robles helped us find the exact home we needed. Over the years we always received Christmas and birthday cards from Dave and his group and so when we were ready to downsize to our retirement home we didn't have to search far for our realtor. The whole process was managed so expertly by Dave and his team and with a special shout out to Kathryn who was our main go to person and who was so incredibly helpful to us. Unfortunately the sale of our home did not proceed easily. Although we had a binding contract the prospective buyer of our home indicated he was not able to complete the sale. This was a huge problem as we had already completed the contract to buy our new home. Kathryn never gave up dealing with the prospective buyer and brought him to the realization that it was in his best interests to complete the sale which was done.
