This is the second time we have used Garry and his team. First time was for a purchase for my mother three yrs ago. I had the best experience working with Garry! First, he linked me up with his team to get my wife and I approved for our mortgage, and was very patient with us along the way. They will ask from you what is needed up front, and will not come back and try to change their requirements.
