Gina Rossi - Principle Agent

Gina is a veteran agent and constantly ranks as one of the top Realtors in the Vancouver region as recognized by the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. She holds countless Real Estate awards from both the Real Estate Board as well as Oakwyn and RE/MAX performance awards and lifetime achievement awards.

Gina focuses on client goals and the big picture and has a nuanced understanding of negotiations, market direction, current market supply, and all manner of factors that impact the buying and selling of property.

With a strong academic and analytic background, Gina uses an information forward approach. When working with clients she aims to guide them into a position where they have solid information and the knowledge that helps them make well informed real estate decisions.

Gina enjoys working with a wide variety of clients from first time buyers to seasoned real estate investors.

In addition to an Applied Real Estate License from UBC Sauder School of Business, Gina holds a PhD from the UBC Department of Medicine as well as a BSc from UBC.

Steve Wood - Marketing

Steve is our full-time marketing pro. Coming from a background in advertising and branding, Steve has directed campaigns for some of the most recognized national and global brands. Along the way, Steve worked as the Strategy Director for one of Canada's most successful boutique branding agencies.

Steve is responsible for bringing our clients' listings to market in a way that resonates with the target audience.

Steve holds degrees from SFU in Urban and Economic Geography (BA) and Geographic Information Science (CSIS). He also holds an associates degree in English Literature.

Nathalie Hoy - Team Agent

Nathalie is our team agent. She has exeptional skills and knowledge and a formal real estate focused education. Skilled at analyzing market direction, supply, demand and other technical aspects, Nathalie provides key insight into all transactions. Outgoing and energetic, Nathalie works alongside Gina to supporting sales and marketing. Her detailed and methodological approach as well as kind and easy-going demeanor puts our clients at ease while navigate the often hectic pace of the Vancouver real estate market.

In addition to her Applied Real Estate License from UBC Sauder School of Business, Nathalie excelled in the Marketing and Real Estate Program, BCIT.
