Aloof, difficult, condescending. As the recent purchaser of a property listed by Trisha Murphy, our experience with her was not pleasant. One example: After purchase, our contract stated we had access to the home twice. After multiple tries and several weeks of trying to get access into our new home for a painting quote, our real estate agent had to remind Trisha of the contractual obligation her clients had to let us into the home. Her response, quoted from her text: "7pm tomorrow. Not good for sellers but they will accommodate it". Upon arrival at 7pm, we were told by Lulu, her assistant, we had "maximum 30 minutes to view the home and the sellers would return". This was not her first use of the word "accommodate", as she also used it the first time we asked to view the home BEFORE purchasing. "Accommodate" is an interesting choice of wording when you are trying to sell a home. Even if your the sellers are difficult, wouldn't you be more respectful and welcoming in your presentation to potential buyers? We never felt welcome or respected by Trisha and would never recommend her.

Professionalism, knowledge and care highlight our experience with Trisha and Rachel selling our late parents’ home. Trisha’s communication was always straightforward and calm. Her negotiation skills easily closed the deal on multiple offers. The trust we placed in Trisha was fully rewarded with an efficient, successful sale!
