I have spent my life discovering all the amazing things this area has to offer and make a habit of being a tourist in my own town, as there is always something new to explore. I’m an avid skier and love our local mountains but I can’t imagine anything more wonderful than taking skiing Grouse Mountain with the spectacular view of our city or a scenic ride on the Sea to Sky Highway to Whistler! I'm also a dog lover! Loving where I live makes buying and selling real estate a true pleasure and a perfect opportunity for me to showcase my community to folks like you, everyday!

My Experience:

Many years ago, when I made the ‘right’ move to real estate from a top position in the television/media industry, it was and is, important for me to take every course available to learn the best information from the best in the business, and immerse myself in every aspect of real estate in B.C. The more knowledge I have, the better job I can do to serve you. I also teach at the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver and have taught thousands of agents over the years. So I continue to learn, to keep on top of ever-changing markets and, most importantly, to keep apprised of the expressed needs and wants of my clients. Also, I’m a techie! Embracing communication technologies for many years has given me the ability to target and enhance the reach of my listings. With these relevant social media platforms, combined with traditional modes of advertising, I ensure the best possible exposure for my clients' properties, in a way few others do.

Phil is an expert in buying and selling on the North Shore so he was very knowledgeable about the market and did impeccable research to help us price our condo right to get it sold. He walked us through the process step by step and was available for any questions that came ip along the way. Really great communication and very respectful and understanding about the stress of selling. He gave helpful advice and was professional and went above and beyond to get professional photos done, offering tips on getting the condo ready for sale, advertising on social media and spreading the word to his contacts. I would say he made this process very smooth for us. The most impressive is his negotiation skills. Firstly, I will say that my experience with Phil could not have been any better. One could say he was sent from heaven to help me sell my condo. My situation was a little more complicated since I was out of town and everything had to be done digital, but Phil went out of his way to make the process easy for me. Also, as a first-time home seller, I really appreciated that Phil talked me through the entire process and his plan for how he would list, advertise and set up the open houses. He is incredibly patient. Phil did everything he promised to do to sell my apartment and to get a great selling price for it. He is a master negotiator. He is also extremely meticulous with the contract paperwork and again, very patient in walking me through the selling contract. Phil also put me in contact with lawyers for the closing paperwork since, being out of town, it was difficult to find one myself. Phil goes beyond for his clients, he drove a long distance to pickup the apartment keys from my parents (Vancouver to Maple Ridge) and was also able to help me move a cumbersome piece of fitness equipment. I didn’t even ask him to, he offered and arranged to have it moved for me. I am over the moon with Phil in the whole selling process. What could be a stressful experience felt easy and smooth and I know it is because Phil went over and beyond to make the process that way. I 100% recommend Phil to be your agent and I will be personally recommending him to my friends and family for any of their future real estate needs.
