We are thankful we had Danielle serving as our realtor when we were shopping for a home. We had a long wishlist and a limited budget, and Danielle met our wishes and budget with her patience, professionalism and deep knowledge of the market.
We are especially impressed that Danielle placed our interests above her personal interests. For example, at one point of our search, we had an accepted offer on a house subjected to house inspection. On the day of subject removal, out of her own initiative, Danielle went to check with the City and discovered that the house had been used as a place to grow marijuana -- something the listing agent claimed that he was not aware of. She immediately informed us of the fact. Her last-minute advice protected us from buying an undesirable home out of ignorance, but at the expense of her closing on an almost certain sale.
