I would highly recommend Cory as a realtor to anyone that is looking to sell or purchase a home. I am a first time home buyer and extremely happy with my condominium. Cory did a wonderful job at finding me a home that met everything i was looking for in a potential place. Cory is very dedicated to his work and extremely organized and efficient. He was great at going over numbers with me of potential places and what i could expect in a mortgage payment including strata fees and property taxes. Which I found to be super helpful.
