I first met Dean in the fall of 2000, when I walked into his real estate office in Whistler, looking to see if I could find a place for that winter. He took the time to really educate me about the various neighbourhoods so we could pick the best option. I was in for Christmas! Then in 2006, with a growing family, we set our sights on a larger townhome, and used Dean to buy that, as well as sell our first place a few years later. I recall it went on the market and sold in the first week. Then this past month, we decided to sell our 2 bd townhouse at Symphony. Dean got back to me with all the info we needed, and a week later we went on the market, with great pics and solid marketing out of the gate - we had a number of serious offers the first day. Sold above asking. Very happy with process and outcome.
