This was our first time purchasing a home and Michelle made us feel supported during the whole process. She researched every property we visited and knew answers to questions we didn't even know to ask. We didn't have a large budget but Michelle made us feel as important as clients with multi-million dollar house deals. We knew she was very busy serving other clients but she was still very quick to respond to our queries. Michelle has excellent knowledge about the South Surrey housing market because she has many years of experience and this is also her neighbourhood. Michelle worked hard for us; she even knocked on doors in areas where we wanted to live. We are very confident Michelle got us the best price for our home and we know that when we're ready to move again, Michelle will be the one we hire to sell our home because she will make sure we get the highest price. We would just like to thank Michelle so much for her professional service and assistance in helping us find our new home. We just moved from Alberta to BC just under two months ago and having been in Canada for only 2 years, such a big move was rather daunting but Michelle made it such an easy transition for us. Firstly, before we even moved we prayed and asked God to show us the right Realtor for us and out of a sea of realtors to choose from we were obviously God directed to Michelle. She was very professional and such a help from the word go. Before we even moved she found us accommodation to stay in while we looked for a house in Surrey. Not only that she arranged very affordable RV storage for our travel trailer which was a huge relief after we had already tried all the options we knew of and had found nothing. So we basically just had to arrive and everything was taken care of. We looked at so many houses (sorry we were super fussy about what we needed) and she was always so patient and accommodating. She always answered our calls, emails and questions promptly. We started feeling embarrassed that maybe we were asking too much but finally after 7 weeks we found the right home and we are extremely excited to be moving in, in just over a week. We are more than happy with the excellent service MIchelle provided and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs a good realtor. You wont be disappointed. She was definitely a Godsend.
