As a lifelong resident of Crescent Beach, Sandra possesses in-depth local knowledge and a profound understanding of the area's history, demographics, and real estate trends. Her family has been an integral part of the Crescent Beach, South Surrey, and White Rock community since the 1940s when her grandparents were captivated by the allure of this fabulous seaside community. Growing up, Sandra gained invaluable work experience alongside her father at the Crescent Beach Marina. These early lessons instilled in her a strong work ethic, which continues to shape her approach to business today.

Sandra is a mom to two wonderful daughters, two step-sons and recently became a proud grandma to her first grandson. She enjoys traveling, snow skiing, tennis, paddleboarding, and kayaking. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Beach House Theatre, further showcasing her commitment to enriching the fabric of her beloved Crescent Beach community.
