At times of sellers housing market, it may be intuitive to conclude that listing agents have an easy job to do. Think again, especially if your house is among the better/pricier ones in the area. And, if the house is not a "cookie-cutter" one that ticks all the boxes on the questionnaire, think even more. You'll need an agent that can understand and appreciate the difference AND be able to find the compatible client... Charisma is probably the word that best describes the character required of the agent.
