Ippolita helped us purchase our lot to build on and more recently was the one who got our townhouse ready for the market. She advised us when we considered accepting a private offer during what I learned was moving towards a 'sellers market' (making it challenging to come up with a fair price for a private sale). At times of sellers housing market, it may be intuitive to conclude that listing agents have an easy job to do. Think again, especially if your house is among the better/pricier ones in the area. And, if the house is not a "cookie-cutter" one that ticks all the boxes on the questionnaire, think even more. You'll need an agent that can understand and appreciate the difference AND be able to find the compatible client... Charisma is probably the word that best describes the character required of the agent. Well, I am happy that we worked with Ippolita; the house sold within four weeks, above asking price and to some very nice people that really appreciate everything we did over the 20+ years of living in it. Previously to connecting with Ippolita I had interviewed many other realtors , when I set up an appointment to meet Ippolita the minute she met me at my place we were sitting on my house steps and after talking a few minutes I knew then she was going to be my realtor Ippolita and I hit right of the bat ,she is attentive, professional, good listener,caring ,funny ,and very knowledgeable about the real state. She worked very hard and during my stressful times she helped me get through very hard times. On top of that I ended up meeting her husband Andy and we hit off as well as we ened up sharing stories how the part of town we grew up and the old days.
