Theo Birkner*

I’m Vancouver born-and-bred, North Shore-living, and deeply passionate about the mountains and the sea. Having lived in six of Vancouver’s municipalities and up the Sunshine Coast and the Sea to Sky, I have great confidence in a high level of service across the Lower Mainland. Formerly a brokerage owner and managing broker, and now an associate broker and real estate advisor at rennie, I get to speak into other realtors' careers with my industry knowledge and apply my own experience and that which I've absorbed from colleagues and partners along the way to my own clients.

I see my role in the Vancouver marketplace as patient educator, arms-length representative and strong-willed negotiator, and I wear all three of those hats with enthusiasm and reverence.

Outside of real estate, I love my family, ocean swimming, skiing, anything with two wheels, good books, and talking about real estate.
