Jake Lea

Real Estate Professional

Jake is in ninth year as a licensed real estate professional. Jake grew up in South Surrey, attending Pacific Heights Elementary and later graduating from Earl Marriott Secondary on the honor roll. After working at Hazelmere Golf Course for several years, in 2016 Jake joined his father, Andy, to pursue a career in Real Estate. Jake is enthusiastic and dedicated to providing top quality service to his clients while benefiting from working alongside his father who has had a remarkable Real Estate career. He was awarded the Director Award for his performance in Real Estate sales in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2020. In 2021 and 2022 he was the recipient of the prestigious Platinum Award. Along with working full time, Jake also studied at the Sauder School of Business at UBC and earned a Diploma in Urban Land Economics with a focus in real estate development, where he gained a detailed understanding of the real estate development process.
