I grew up in Crescent Beach in the 1970s and have sold homes for 20 years, first in Vancouver and West Vancouver, now in White Rock and South Surrey. I am not part of a larger eam. When you call, you get concierge service from me, from the first conversation to the day the keys change hands. Most of my work is family homes, ocean view homes and penthouses. If I could give more stars, I would. Hamish is a superstar and I highly recommend him. He sold my White Rock condo in a difficult market, super swiftly and at a price that I wasn't sure we'd achieve, all with me living outside of Canada so with more complication than a typical client. From start to finish, Hamish was top-of-class: experienced, friendly, communicative, motivated, efficient and going constantly above and beyond. We had been loosely working with a Coquitlam realtor when a property in White Rock had come up that I was interested in. I asked our Coquitlam realtor for their help, and all they did was send us the strata minutes and told us to be prepared for a bidding war... This is a little late coming as Hamish sold a condo for me in June. He and Natasha work together in a professional and ethical manner in every sense of the word. The buyer wanted a mirror removed which meant a wall had to be painted. Hamish stepped in and was willing to remove the mirror and paint the wall so the buyer would be happy. He laid everything out, so I would know exactly what to expect. Natasha brought out the best in the condo with her knack for knowing how to get the best from the pictures and video taken. We were in the market to buy a condo in South Surrey / White Rock in preparation for a move back to Canada, but could not travel due to the pandemic. After searching online for 5 months, we finally found a gem of a place, on its first day of listing - so good, in fact, that we couldn't imagine it lasting the day. We picked Hamish because of his excellent reviews, but were astonished at the determination he showed in landing this place for us. He moved faster than we could have ever believed possible, and within the space of a few hours he had visited the unit, done the necessary paperwork, and had our offer in the sellers' hands ahead of anyone else. After the contracts were signed, Hamish guided us very conscientiously through the complexities of the strata documentation, arranged for inspection reports, and facilitated our overseas transfers. We still cannot believe our luck in finding such a dedicated and personable problem solver to be our agent.
