Kathy Watkinson grew up in Dunbar on the Westside of Vancouver. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Economic Geography from UBC and has been licensed as a Realtor since 1995, giving her over 28 years' experience. Kathy is Diamond Master Medallion Club member in the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. Her thorough knowledge of Greater Vancouver has helped dozens of individuals relocating to the area.
