We had heard about Ranj's great results and service through friends that had used him to buy and sell their houses/condos. At our first meeting, we gave him our wish list and budget - He was very upfront about what we should be expecting to see within our budget (lower end of the housing market) and what was out there in our price range - by the time we had left they had already shown us 4 listings that looked promising. Him and Jenn helped us find our first home!! As first time home buyers they were great at answering any questions we had and helped us understand the whole process.
